If it's not going to inconvenience anyone greatly,
the OTC would like to claim Olbradim.
The island is small, mostly swamp, and really not
much to look at. We like it though, as it isn't the sort
of place that should attract a lot of attention,
what with it being sort of useless and all.
So, don't come here.
Isn't worth the trip.
Also the beer...  not good.

Lands of Loss and Sorrow 
Trees hewn down, quarries emptied and lands unpopulated of
their native inhabitants! There is nothing here for you to
gain since Vikos is overpopulated with nobles of all
factions, harvesting Eser's soil, laying the mountains,
forests and fields to waste, claiming the population as
their willing slaves.
There is no use in lingering any longer in these deprived
lands. Thus, nobles of Olympia, it seems to be most wise to
depart the shores of Eser and set foot on fairer grounds.
There you can find a future of prosperity, striving for
your personal glory. But beware, not all foreign shores
are safe for you to disembark on. Heed the warnings, listen
to the rumors and choose wisely whom to exasperate.
